Service Provider Status
The Platform qualifies as a "Service Provider" under the DMCA and is therefore entitled to the protections of the DMCA’s "safe harbor" provisions.

How to Submit a Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content posted on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including the following:
- (a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- (b) A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- (c) A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Platform (preferably with a URL);
- (d) Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- (f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Response to Valid Notices
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the affected user;
- Retain the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.

How to Submit a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- (a) Your physical or electronic signature;
- (b) Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal;
- (c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error or misidentification;
- (d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court and will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.

Process After Counter-Notification
- We will forward it to the original claimant.
- If no legal action is initiated by the claimant within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the removed material.

Misuse Warning
Any false or fraudulent claim or counter-notice may result in legal liability including damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Modifications to Policy
The Platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to periodically review the DMCA policy for updates.

Language Requirement
All notices and counter-notifications must be submitted in English. Submissions in other languages will not be processed.
