  2. How to Submit a Complaint

    You can submit a complaint using any of the following methods:

      • Select "Report"
      • Choose the most appropriate reason
      • Provide a clear description of the issue
      • Confirm the submission
    2. Via Email:

      Send an email to:

      Please include:

      • The URL(s) of the content
      • A clear explanation of the issue
      • The reason why you believe the content violates the law or our Terms
  3. Complaint Requirements

    To ensure efficient review, include:

    • Precise URLs to the content in question
    • Detailed description of the concern
    • Reasoning behind your belief the content is unlawful or violates platform rules. Incomplete complaints may be delayed or dismissed.
  4. How We Handle Complaints

    • All complaints will be reviewed by our Trust & Safety Team within 7 business days
    • If the content is found to violate our Terms or any applicable laws, we may:
      • Remove or restrict access to the content
      • Take further action against the responsible account(s)
    • We will notify you of the outcome once the review is complete

    Abuse of the Complaint Process

    We do not tolerate:

    • Frivolous, malicious, or knowingly false complaints
    • Complaints made to harass, intimidate, or retaliate against others

    Users abusing this process may be subject to account suspension or termination.

  5. Additional Rights – EU/EEA Users

    Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) may:

    • File a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator in their country if they believe the Platform has violated the EU Digital Services Act (DSA)
    • File a complaint with a National Consumer Protection Authority to seek out-of-court alternative dispute resolution

    We will cooperate with lawful regulatory processes and fulfill our obligations under the DSA and relevant local law.

    • The information you provide is accurate and complete
    • You are acting in good faith
    • You understand that we may share parts of your complaint (where legally required) with relevant users or authorities
